How many guests can you accommodate?
We can accommodate from 60 guests up to 200 guests, 150 seated
How many hours is an event?
each event is 3 hours.
You have the option to purchase an additional 30 minute ceremony
with Ceremony, your event will be 3 hours and 30 minutes
When can vendors drop off their products & set up?
Vendors may drop off products up to 2 hours prior to the event
For Example: Ceremony starts at 5PM. vendors may drop off or set up from 3-4:30PM
Can I PROVIDE my own decor?
Absolutely, we provide a multitude of decor items to simplify the planning process for you
but you are always welcome to provide your own decor/decorator.
Decorators may arrive 2 hours prior to the event
how DO I reserve my date?
A non refundable $1,000.00 deposit &
SIGNING THE EVENT CONTRACT
reserves your date and applies to your event balance
When do I choose my buffet choices, decor, timeline?
Your choices will be finalized 30 days prior to your event
Is the day of coordination required?
absolutely not
we provide this service to make your planning as stress free as possible
We highly recommend our experienced coordinator so that your day is the very best it can be
What is included with the D.O.C.?
Our Team will :
Compose a timeline-approved by you
Provide the timeline to all vendors
Coordinate deliveries with all vendors
Pin on all corsages and boutonnieres
Ensure the rings are held by the correct individual
Ensure the License is available to sign at the predetermined location either during the ceremony or after the ceremony.
Oversee the 30 minute rehearsal & 30 minute ceremony -if applicable
Ensure all decor is set according to predetermined instructions provided by you
Pour Champagne/beverage of choice in Flutes for Toasting Photos for Bridal Party Photos
Slice and plate the cakes for guests
Serve the Bride and Groom dinner and refill beverages throughout the event
Inform Parents, Bridal Party and Vendors of upcoming moments to ensure everyone is ready. (Special dances, Bouquet toss, etc.)
Coordinate the Entrance of the Bride and Groom, First Dance, Special Dances, Bouquet Toss, Garter Toss, Money Dance, Final Dance and Farewell exit.
Place the ToGo dinners and cake in the farewell vehicle-If applicable
Make sure all items that are needed are placed in the vehicle with the Bride and Groom after the Farewell. (Dress bag, Brides purse, Grooms Tux bag, Cards, Gifts, Luggage, etc)
Pack up all belongings (Cake Top, Decor, Photos, Guest Book, Champagne flutes, Cake Knives, extra favors, etc) in the predetermined vehicle at the end of the event.
